Infra Engineering: The company has subscribed to a rights issue to acquire equity shares in four subsidiaries: ₹1.89 crore in H.G. Dhingsari, ₹2.84 crore in H.G. Hingoli, ₹1.9 crore each in H.G. Bachasar and H.G. Ramsagar, totalling ₹8.53 crore.
