Microplastics are everywhere; in the air we breathe, the food we eat, and even in our blood. They don’t belong in our bodies or our planet. 🌍💧 *💫Simple ways to reduce microplastic exposure:* 🚫 Avoid single-use plastics: Use reusable containers, utensils, and cutlery. 🥣 Choose glass or stainless steel for food storage and prep. 🧃 Limit processed foods — they’re often wrapped in plastic. 💧 Filter your tap water and use a reusable metal bottle. ⚠️ Never microwave food in plastic containers. 🍎 Wash fruits and veggies thoroughly. 🍵 Pick loose-leaf tea instead of plastic tea bags. 🐟 Reduce seafood intake due to contamination risks.
