Stereoscope for weld penetration machine operation 2. Metallurgical Microscope operation. 3. Sample preparation etching & Polishing. 4. RM Grade and RM properties Chemical & Mechanical testing results. 5. Ability to analyze data and interpret results accurately. 6. Knowledge of IS standards related to steels, brass, copper and aluminum. 7. Knowledge of heat treatment and related microstructure study and interpretation. 8. Hardness machine operation, Rockwell, Brinell, Micro Vicker. 9. Study of Heat treatment process reports like SOP, inspection reports and graphs. 10. Process knowledge of Hardened Tempered, Induction Hardening, Stress relieving process. Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results. 11. Daily check sheet of all lab equipment.
