*SPIRIT, LEAD ME* Experience is a gift—but it can also become a limitation. Sometimes, what we’ve seen or known in the past causes us to expect predictable outcomes. But “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord of hosts (Zechariah 4:6). Don’t let experience replace dependence. Be cautious not to lean solely on what you know. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding” (Proverbs 3:5-6). Let God be the One who defines the path, not your past victories or failures. Often, we get overly excited about certain “opportunities” or what we call “blessings.” But not every open door is divine. “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death” (Proverbs 14:12). This is why discernment is key. So today, and always, may the Spirit of God lead you—not your emotions, not your experience, not even your ambition. “For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God” (Romans 8:14). Let the Spirit lead. Always. #trustgod #spiritleadme #divineguidance #walkinthespirit #faithoverfamiliarity *Rev. David Ofori-Asante*
