*Day 12 — Your Phone Is a Tool, Not a Master* Let’s be real: Most of our distraction, delay, and drained energy comes from one place — the device in our pocket. But your phone isn’t evil. It’s a tool. The question is: who’s in control? 🛠️ 5 Simple Phone Boundaries for Barakah: 1. No phone for the first 30 minutes after waking. Start your day with dhikr, not dopamine. 2. Remove social media apps from your home screen. Out of sight = out of reach. 3. Use “Do Not Disturb” during focused work, salah, or Qur’an study. 4. Check messages 2–3 times daily, not constantly. Batch your replies. 5. Create a charging station outside your bedroom. Sleep and scroll don’t mix. Reminder: Barakah isn’t in more scrolling — it’s in more presence. Take your time back. Give your attention where it truly matters.
