This morning, H.E. President Emmerson Mnangagwa commissioned National Foods' pasta, biscuit, and cereal production plants in Harare. The new plants, which have a combined value of US$22.7 million, reflect the company's confidence in the government's efforts to improve the business environment and attract investment.
