A scholarship is being established in memory of nine-year-old Kelsey Ferrigon, who tragically lost her life on May 9. The announcement was made by Principal of St John’s Primary School in St Catherine, Louise Clarke, during Monday’s thanksgiving at the Spanish Town Seventh-day Adventist Church.
