Two St Andrew women suspected to be linked to a series of robberies were on Wednesday night intercepted and arrested by the police, and money seized. The St Andrew Central police report that about 9:00 p.m., lawmen, acting on intelligence, intercepted a motor car on Barbican Road that was allegedly involved in a series of robberies in the parish.
