The Clarendon capital, May Pen, recorded no murders during the month of May, the police have revealed. The disclosure was made by Assistant Superintendent of Police Adrian Flemming, who was addressing Thursday’s sitting of the Clarendon Municipal Corporation. Flemming reported that the Clarendon Police Division had also recorded a 51 per cent reduction in murders since the start of the year— a trend, which he said, reflects broader improvements in public safety across the parish.
