A utility company worker charged in connection with last month's fatal shooting of his neighbour, which was caught on camera, was today offered $2 million bail when he appeared before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court. The 52-year-old accused, Ishmael Davis, is charged with the murder of 57-year-old construction worker Norris Farquharson.
