We are recruiting for our client in the retail and lifestyle industry, who is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts.
About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to position a premier retail and lifestyle destination as a top choice for customers. This role includes driving foot traffic, enhancing tenant visibility, organizing impactful events, and fostering community engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop annual marketing strategies, conduct market research, and create a calendar for campaigns and events.
Brand Management: Oversee consistent branding across platforms, supervise advertising initiatives, and collaborate with vendors for creatives and signage.
Promotions & Events: Plan and execute events, activations, and CSR engagements, ensuring enhanced customer experience and tenant revenue.
Digital Marketing: Manage the business's online presence, drive engagement through campaigns, and track digital performance metrics.
Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with tenants, collect feedback, and build partnerships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Budgeting & Reporting: Manage budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance, marketing outcomes, and recommendations to the General Manager and Board when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in retail, malls, or consumer-facing industries.
Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns, events, and stakeholder relationships.
Strong digital marketing skills with a track record of growing brand presence online.
