🔧 Job Opportunity: Water Treatment Maintenance Technician/Engineer Job Summary: The Water Treatment Maintenance Technician/Engineer will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on HVAC and potable water treatment systems. This includes routine inspections, testing, calibration, chemical treatment, and documentation to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with safety and environmental standards. 🌟 Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive Maintenance – HVAC Water Treatment Systems • Conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance on closed-loop HVAC systems. • Perform water sampling, chemical testing, and corrosion coupon monitoring. • Calibrate sensors and controllers (pH, conductivity, TDS, etc.). • Maintain chemical dosing systems and ensure proper chemical storage and handling. • Submit detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance logs. 2. Preventive Maintenance – Potable Water Treatment Systems • Analyze daily/weekly test results submitted by and provide technical feedback. • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and maintenance of potable water systems. • Replace sensors, inspect pumps, tanks, and filtration systems. • Perform water quality testing and ensure compliance with EPA and ANSI/NSF standards. • Maintain and calibrate RO systems, pH adjustment systems, and chemical dosing equipment. 3.
