We’re looking for 5 sharp and driven Legal Officers to join our in-house legal team and play a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance, enforcing contractual obligations, and supporting our collections department. 🔍 What You'll Do: ✔ Draft and review demand letters, court pleadings, settlement agreements & payment plans ✔ Represent the organization in court and manage legal recovery processes ✔ Enforce court judgments through strategic legal action ✔ Provide legal advisory services to collections, operations & finance teams ✔ Ensure compliance with debt collection laws & data privacy regulations ✔ Conduct legal research and keep teams updated on legal changes ✅ What You’ll Need: >LL.B from a recognized university + Diploma from KSL >Valid practicing certificate (recently admitted advocates encouraged to apply) >Knowledge of debt recovery, litigation & contract law >Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills >Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment This is an exciting opportunity to build your legal career in-house while working on impactful cases that directly affect our business outcomes.
