The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring products meet high quality and safety standards from raw material intake through to final packaging. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct regular testing of ingredients and finished products in line with specifications. Perform physical, chemical, and sensory analysis of raw materials and final goods. Ensure full compliance with relevant food safety and hygiene standards. Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment. Review production records, certificates of analysis, and related quality documentation. Conduct internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits. Train production staff on quality protocols and food safety procedures. Investigate and respond to quality-related complaints; implement corrective actions. Assist in operating mixing equipment—knowledge of batch mixing processes and parameters is an added advantage. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance within a food manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills
