Coca-Cola is hiring! Job title: Security Officer/CCTV Operator Key Responsibility: • Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to security incidents. Supervise and coordinate activities of the security personnel on-site. Ensure the safety and security of company premises, staff, and assets. Conduct routine inspections and report any security breaches or hazards. • Maintain records of incidents, daily occurrences, and CCTV footage. • Provide training and support to security guards on procedures and emergency protocols. • Ensure access control measures are enforced at all entry and exit points. Qualification and Experience: • Diploma in Security Management or related field is an added advantage. • Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a Security Supervisor and/or CCTV Operator. • Knowledge of CCTV systems, security operations, and emergency response procedures. • Good report writing, communication, and supervisory skills. • Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. • Certification in First Aid, Fire Safety, or related areas will be an added advantage.
