Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of QA processes, including planning, implementation, and execution of test strategies to ensure product quality and performance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid technical background in software testing methodologies and tools. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the QA team to deliver high-quality software products. • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and QA processes. • Oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. • Collaborate with development, product, and project management teams to ensure quality across the SDLC. • Define, measure, and report on key QA metrics and KPIs. • Drive continuous improvement in QA practices and tools. • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth. • Ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables within project timelines. • Manage automation initiatives and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. • Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG,etc.). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
