*Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Solar PV Systems* Location: Ernakulam Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Type: Full-Time Openings: Multiple Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) *Job Description:* We are hiring proactive and technically skilled Field Service Engineers to manage and maintain on-grid solar PV systems (up to 15 kW). This role is ideal for candidates with a strong electrical background and an interest in the renewable energy sector. *Key Responsibilities:* Monitor daily performance of assigned solar PV sites via remote monitoring platforms. Prioritize service calls based on system alerts, performance drops, or faults. Visit sites to troubleshoot and fix issues in: Wiring and connectivity Understand and interpret full solar PV electrical circuits (AC/DC side, protections, etc.). Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system uptime. Maintain accurate reports and service documentation. Stay updated on inverter technologies, including power optimizers and microinverters.
