*BUS DRIVERS: ZUPCO* Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the Bus Driver positions that have arisen within the organisation. *Duties and Responsibilities* Reporting to the Depot Manager, the successful candidate shall inter-alia be responsible for the following: - Operating the bus safely, driving accordingly on designated routes and schedules, complying with all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe and reliable travel to all passengers. - Driving passengers to destinations on time and safely while poviding good customer service. - Assisting in loading and off-loading passengers' luggage and ensuring its safety. - Achieving the set and agreed revenue targets. - Regularly checking defects and reporting any maintenance required on the bus. - Keeping the bus clean and tidy. - Adhering to bus timetables by ensuring timely arrivals and departures, while managing delays or disruptions. - Supervising the bus conductor to ensure all revenue (bus fares) collected. - Any other relevant duties may be assigned relevant to the responsibilities of a bus driver. *Qualifications and Experience* - Clean Class 1 driver's licence - Valid medical certificate. - Valid Driver's Defence Certificate (DDC). - Three years driving experience. - Knowledge of road safety regulations and routes - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. *Personal Attributes* - Good oommunication and interpersonal skills - Integrity |Analytical Skills | Confidentiality | Time management | Critical thinking Applications accompanied by detailed CVs and certified copies of Driver's licence, Retest, DDC and Valid medical certificates to be forwarded not later than 24 June, 2025 and should be hand delivered at the following ZUPco depots - Harare: Belvedere and Hoodroad Depots, Bulawayo-Kelvin depot, Gweru depot, Kwekwe depot, Mutare depot and Masvingo depot.
