Chicken 65 (Dry) 🍗🌿 1st Marination Ingredients : 300g Chicken Thighs (cut into small Pcs) 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp Degi Mirch Powder 1/2tsp Garam Masala 1tsp Coriander Powder 2tbsp Curd 2nd Marination Ingredients : Half Lemon Juice 1 Egg 1tbsp All Purpose Flour 1tbsp Cornflour 1tbsp Rice Flour 1/4tsp Orange Red Food Color (optional) Other Ingredients : Oil to Deep Fry 2 - 3tbsp Oil 1tsp Mustard Seeds 3 Dried Red Chillies 8 - 10 Curry Leaves 1 inch Ginger 3 - 4 Garlic Cloves 1 Small Onion 1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder Method : 1. Cut chicken into small pieces. 2. Add salt, degi mirch, coriander powder, garam masala and curd. Marinate for 30 mins. 3. Add lemon juice, egg, all purpose flour, cornflour, rice flour and color. Mix it Well. 4. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till chicken is well cooked. 5. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves, chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for 1 - 2 mins. 6. Add sliced onion and saute till translucent. 7. Add fried chicken nd black pepper. Give it a good mix & turn off flame.
