🥪 Cucumber Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients:
White bread slices – 6
Cucumber – 1, thinly sliced
Butter – 2 tbsp (softened)
Salt – a pinch
Black pepper – a pinch
Instructions:
1. Trim edges of bread slices.
2. Apply butter on one side of each slice.
3. Place cucumber slices on one slice, sprinkle salt & pepper.
4. Cover with another buttered slice, press gently.
5. Cut diagonally into triangles.

🧀 Mini Tomato Crostini
Ingredients:
Baguette – 1, sliced
Cream cheese – 1/2 cup
Cherry tomatoes – sliced
Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander) – 1 tbsp, chopped
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Toast baguette slices lightly.
2. Spread cream cheese on each.
3. Top with cherry tomato slices.
4. Sprinkle chopped herbs and drizzle with olive oil.

🥟 Mini Veg Samosas
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes – 2, mashed
Peas – 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ginger, green chilli – 1 tsp (minced)
Salt, red chilli powder, garam masala – to taste
Samosa wrappers or dough
Oil – for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil, sauté cumin, ginger, green chilli, add potatoes and peas.
2. Add spices, mix and cool the filling.
3. Fill samosa dough, shape into triangles.
4. Deep-fry till golden brown.

🌀 Cheesy Pizza Pinwheels
Ingredients:
Puff pastry sheet – 1
Pizza sauce – 3 tbsp
Grated mozzarella – 1/2 cup
Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. Spread pizza sauce on puff pastry, sprinkle cheese and herbs.
2. Roll tightly and cut into 1-inch slices.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15–18 mins till golden and puffed.

🟫 Crispy Veg Finger Cutlets
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes – 2
Grated carrot – 1
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Coriander – 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper, garam masala – to taste
Oil – for shallow frying
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients, shape into fingers.
2. Roll in breadcrumbs.
3. Shallow-fry till golden.

🍅 Tomato Dip (for serving)
Ingredients:
Tomato ketchup – 1/2 cup
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Black salt – a pinch
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve chilled with the platter.
