Just reinforcing the message I’ve shared before, that statins (cholesterol lowering drugs) do more harm than good.
- Cholesterol is needed to make more cells - all cells;
- Cholesterol form a key part of our brain matter;
- People who live long have higher levels of cholesterol;
- Cholesterol is formed from healthy fats - walnuts, butter, nuts, beef, eggs, among others.
There is a pandemic of doctors recommending cholesterol-lowering drugs to many people, including people in their 30s and in their prime.
*Think thrice and do your own research before you decide statins are good for you*.
