*Monday Challenge* Normalise feeling well. We do not overcome challenges by eradicating them, because we can't. We overcome challenges by feeling well despite the odds. Real victory over life challenges is when they no longer affect how you feel and how your body and mind function. If there's a skill we need to learn and adopt in today's world, it is the ability to feel well in the midst of crises. It is a learnable skill.
