📍Fact 6:
*Familiarity is detected when a subordinate attempts to correct his leader.*
Matthew 16:22
"Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. 'Never, Lord!' he said. 'This shall never happen to you!'" (Matthew 16:22)
- Peter felt free and thought that he could correct Jesus, this is one of the major problems we have as young believers. I've been in many discussions where I saw young Christians discussing their overseers and speaking all kinds of evil, not knowing the consequences of those actions. This attitude is caused by familiarity, just as Peter thought he could correct Jesus. Most of the people being led showcase that, hence familiarity has to be fought from every angle.
