The Executive Mayor of Vhembe District Municipality Her Worship Cllr Freda Nkondo today attending the graduation ceremony of Early Childhood Development (ECD) Practitioners at Khoroni Hotel. Joined by University of Venda Prof Ntambeleni and other government institutions stakeholders Executive Mayor gave a Keynote Address on Behalf of MEC for LEDET Hon Tshitereke Matibe. In Her address Cllr Nkondo indicated that in line with the NDP 2030 there is a need for quality ECD programs, and as a country, significant strides in implementing this vision has been made.
