He was often invited to theatres and political gatherings, where leaders and orators gave speeches to large audiences. One day, a young student came to him and asked, > “Master, how do these speakers influence such large crowds with just words?” Aristotle smiled and replied, > “Communication is like a performance. There is a Speaker, who carefully selects a Message, delivers it through a medium, and it reaches an Audience, creating a certain Effect.” He explained further: > “If the Speaker is skilled and ethical, If the Message is clear and powerful, If the Audience is attentive, Then the result is persuasion – the goal of good communication.” Aristotle’s idea became the first-ever communication model in history, and it looked like this: 📌 Speaker → Message → Audience → Effect There was no concept of feedback or interaction — the audience only received the message.
