We are looking for a Costing Officer to join our team to support accurate production costing and inventory control. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 🔹Record Daily Production: Maintain accurate daily records of production, including quantities produced, materials used, and any production issues. 🔹Conduct Monthly Stock Count: Perform monthly physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. 🔹Monthly Stock Valuation: Evaluate inventory on hand monthly using standard valuation methods. 🔹Pre-Costing for Sales: Provide pre-costing support to the sales team to assist with quoting and pricing. 🔹Anomaly Detection: Investigate and report any abnormalities in inventory or production data. 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 🔹Maintain precise and up-to-date records of production and inventory. 🔹Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and suggesting improvements. 🔹Work collaboratively with production and sales teams to ensure smooth communication of production and inventory data.
