We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and structure quality-related data from production, inspections, lab results, claims, and customer feedback. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes in defects, rejections, and complaints. - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and scorecards for management reviews. - Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python and SQL. - Integrate data from ERP, MES, and QA systems to create centralized reporting structures. - Build predictive models to proactively identify potential quality issues. - Ensure data integrity, standardization, and version control of quality metrics. - Conduct statistical analysis (Pareto, regression, variation analysis) to support decision-making. - Support Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives with robust data analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Production, R&D, IT, and Customer Service. - Train QA team members on Power BI tools and dashboards. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. - 2–4 years of experience in Quality, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role. - Hands-on experience in manufacturing or textile environments (preferred). - Strong command of Power BI, Python, and SQL. - Sound understanding of quality management principles and statistical analysis. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Certification in Power BI, Python, or Data Analytics is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with ERP, MES, or QA system integration. - Understanding of digital transformation and data governance in quality systems. - Experience supporting CAPA investigations and compliance audits. - Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
