Hiring a Technical Recruiter (Remote)
We’re looking for an in-house Technical Recruiter who’s not just a keyword-warrior but a hunter, partner, and builder. Someone who lives for the chase, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to own recruitment across engineering, data, and product teams. We’re keen to speak to you if:
• You’re a recruiter who thinks like a founder: resourceful, creative, and unrelenting
• You understand how to pitch Web3, AI, immersive tech — or you’re eager to learn fast
• You prioritize velocity without compromising quality
• You’ve worked async with global teams and don’t miss a beat
• You see candidate experience as your product
You’ll be building out technical teams across a group ecosystem pushing the boundaries of Web3, AI, and immersive tech.
This isn’t a recruiter-as-a-service role — you’ll own the process, the relationships, and the results. I’m not interested in keyword-matching recruiters. If you’ve closed niche roles, lost candidates to counteroffers and learned from it, and still enjoy the chase, let’s get in touch ASAP.
