Ltd About the Role: *We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Audit & Compliance Officer to ensure financial integrity, internal control implementation, and client-wise compliance across our operations. The ideal candidate will support both internal checks and external client financial requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1-Ensure client-specific financial compliance with agreements, policies, and reporting standards. 2-Review all payment documentation for completeness, approvals, and control adherence. 3-Conduct internal audits to assess procedural compliance and identify control gaps. 4-Develop and implement internal control checklists for finance and admin functions. 5-Monitor client accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution. 6-Verify procurement processes align with financial delegation and compliance protocols. 7-Prepare audit schedules and support internal/external audit reviews. 8-Perform risk assessments across financial and operational processes. 9-Maintain compliance logs and track resolution of audit findings. 10-Provide regular reports to management on control compliance and audit observations. Requirements: 1- 2–3 years of experience in audit, compliance, or internal controls. 2- Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, SOPs, and compliance frameworks. 3- Advanced MS Excel skills for audit working papers and analysis. 4- Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar financial systems (preferred). 5- Qualification: CA Inter/Qualified, CMA Inter/Qualified, ACCA, or Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting.
