Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement features from concept to delivery. Optimize app performance, usability, and responsiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and write clean, maintainable code. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Flutter and mobile development. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 2–3 years of experience in Flutter development. Proven experience working in a product-based IT company is a must. Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, GetX, Riverpod). Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services. Familiarity with state management, animations, and platform-specific UI design. Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle. Experience with Git and version control systems. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
