Job Title: AI/ML Python Engineer (Female) Infyra Solutions is hiring a skilled AI/ML Python Engineer with 3+ Years of Experience to join our growing team. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver custom ML solutions. Automate data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation workflows. Evaluate model performance using best practices (cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, etc.). Communicate findings and present complex data insights in a business-friendly manner. Create documentation, tutorials, and train junior engineers on ML best practices. Continuously explore emerging tools and techniques in the AI/ML space. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience with international (preferably US-based) clients and projects. Proven experience in designing and deploying ML models in production environments. Strong communication skills in English with both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Must be available for evening/night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
