AREA SALES MANAGER The candidates are expected to be a Graduate preferably MBA Marketing with relevant marketing experience of at least 3-5 years (preferable experience in construction field for Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Multan ,Karachi office. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, market research and customer outreach in your designated area • Meeting with client (Owner, Architects & Contractors) and demonstrating and presenting product • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers • Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs • Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase • Negotiate and close sales deals • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. • Manage sales team • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance Required skills and qualifications • Must have proven experience in respective target market. • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a similar field • Willingness to travel on the job when the situation demands it • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills Target Market: Construction Companies, Architect, Consultant & Contractors (with Private & Govt.)
