📖 *Studying for hours without breaks? Not the flex you think it is*.
Your brain isn’t a machine—it works best in focused sprints, not marathons.
Try using the Pomodoro technique:
⏱️ Study for 25 minutes
🍓 Take a 5-minute break
🌀 After 4 rounds, take a longer break (15–30 mins)
This keeps your mind fresh, avoids burnout, and actually helps you retain more.
