****Hiring***** Position: *Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts (Female)* Company : Urban Brands Responsibilities: 1. Taxation & Compliance * Sales Tax reconciliation (input / output tax reconciliation) * Withholding Tax (WHT) reconciliation & challan generation * Advance tax working under Section 147 and record keeping * Filing of WHT statements under Section 165 & 149 * Assist HOD in External & Internal Audits * Assist HOD in Tax audits and notices. 2. Accounts Payable & Disbursements * Review daily payments, & GJ vouchers * Payroll reconciliation & disbursement * Staff commission calculation & disbursement * Accruals recording (payroll, commissions, and other Expenses) * Inventory adjustments in AX 3. Reporting * GL & Subsidiary module reconciliation * Fixed assets register maintenance & depreciation posting in AX * Receivable aging * Other Management Reporting Experience : Candidates with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience are eligible to apply.
