*PHLEBOTOMIST (CLINICAL PATHOLOGY LABORATORY) Karachi* Fixed / Rotational Shift Basis (Sundays Fixed) RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures efficiently and safely Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and processing of specimens Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Infection control protocols Provide compassionate care to patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns Work collaboratively with lab technicians and medical staff to ensure timely and accurate test results Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and professional ethics QUALIFICATIONS: Min. Intermediate (Science) Diploma in Phlebotomy preferable 2-3 years of relevant experience of working in a tertiary care hospital Proficient in blood collection techniques and specimen handling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to quality patient care, strong management, communication and interpersonal skills Email resume on [email protected]
