About the *REMOTE* Role: We are hiring a Program Manager to join our remote team based in Pakistan. *You will coordinate a portfolio of grid-connected solar PV projects, supporting the US-based team from the early interconnection stage (UIA) to the final utility approval stage (PTO). This is a senior-level coordination role that requires project management, stakeholder communication, and a good understanding of the solar design and interconnection process.* Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of PV solar interconnection projects from Utility Interconnection Application (UIA) to Permission to Operate (PTO). Coordinate across multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and interdependencies are aligned. Follow up weekly on project pipeline progress and update Salesforce trackers. Work closely with US teams to support utility applications, site readiness, permitting, witness testing, and closeout documentation. Handle program-level costs and budgets, especially from Mechanical Completion (MC) to PTO. Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders. Standardize project reporting tools and dashboards for senior leadership in the US. Support training of new team members and ensure best practices are followed across the team.
