Position: Community Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
Seeking a friendly and proactive Community Manager to engage online and offline audiences, manage conversations, and represent the brand on social media, WhatsApp, and at in-person events or store visits.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to DMs, comments, and community inquiries
-Coordinate customer feedback and escalate as needed.
-Host live sessions, community events, or IG Lives.
-Support with offline brand activations and customer experience
Requirements:
-1-2 years of experience in customer engagement or community management
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be based in Ikeja and environs or able to commute daily
