Thank for this opportunity. I think there are very good teachers out there,  who can produce same or better results and who are able to followsuit school rules and obey them. From experience,  we had such a teacher at my current school who used to bully others in the name of being a special grade 7 teacher. He was replaced by a sober man who is doing well and much better. One day you shall hear him saying l am indispensable. Give him last warning. Remember he is the role model to those learners.
