Community Reported Incident Sector: 4 Date of incident: 27 May 2025 Time: 14h00 Location: East Way, Kelvin Description: 3 suspects followed the victim from the bank and hijacked the victim in their driveway. The victim's vehicle, phone and bank cards were taken. The victim was unharmed. SAPS, CPF and security attended the scene.
