Sometimes, in a bid to sound humble, some people deny what they have. If, maybe, you said to them, “Oh, you really have power,” their typical response would be, “I don't have any power; only Jesus has power.” But they're wrong. The same Jesus said in Luke 10:19, _*“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”*_ Don’t deny what He gave you simply because you think you’re being humble.
