Accounting Clerk - Victoria Falls
Position: Accounting Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Managing petty cash
- Supporting year-end audit preparations
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Performing general administrative duties within the accounts department
Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Pastel, Excel, and payroll)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or a related financial field
