Technical Support Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and query resolution within agreed SLAs on matters pertaining to company-wide operations.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Interface with external and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions.
- Build an internal base of technical documentation and manuals.
- Facilitate the change requests for system enhancements for approval by senior management.
- Propose and implement innovative tools to enhance operations and service delivery processes.
Skills & Abilities:
- At least 2 years' experience.
- Experience in a Contact Centre, IT Help Desk, Support or similar.
- Skills in problem analysis and solving.
- Fluency in both oral and written English.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work shifts.
Educational Qualifications:
- BSc Hons in Computer Science or equivalent.
