Job Title: HVAC Technician – Copper Pipe Welding 2 persons Location: nehmeh khalde Department: Maintenance / Facilities / Engineering Reports to: HVAC Supervisor / Maintenance Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with expertise in welding copper piping and installing, maintaining, and repairing . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Hvac systems, copper pipe brazing/soldering, and refrigeration cycle diagnostics. Key Responsibilities: Install, assemble, and weld copper piping for HVAC systems following blueprints, schematics, and safety codes. Perform brazing, soldering, and pressure testing of copper lines for refrigerant and water systems. Charge, evacuate, and leak-test HVAC systems using appropriate gauges and tools. Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems. Follow all safety protocols, use PPE, and comply with company and local regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in HVAC is preferred. 7+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service, with strong skills in copper pipe welding. Skilled in brazing/soldering copper piping for refrigerant and water systems. Familiar with HVAC tools and equipment (vacuum pumps, gauges, torches, etc.). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physically fit to work in various conditions (heights, confined spaces, outdoors). Work Environment & Physical Demands: Exposure to hot, cold, and noisy environments.
