*IT - Internship (L1 Support)* The Person - Responding to calls and correspond to emails by creating tickets for reported issues. Follow-up on tickets is required. - Provide basic-level and L1 IT support. Escalate supervisor if necessary. - Perform basic diagnosis and repair of IT-related equipment. Escalate advanced repairs to supervisor. - Offer basic-level system support. - Must have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure. - Assist in maintaining and managing the IT asset inventory and dispatches. - Maintaining IT related documents. - Should be familiar with best practices in IT service management. - Creating and assisting with documentation for ISO 27001.
