🚀 We’re Hiring: DevOps / Cloud Engineer 📍 Location: Colombo We’re looking for a skilled DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join our team and help scale an innovative educational technology platform hosted on Microsoft Azure. You'll play a crucial role in building secure, resilient systems and maintaining seamless CI/CD pipelines. What You’ll Be Doing: - Manage and monitor Microsoft Azure services (VMs, Storage, App Services, etc.) - Deploy and manage Docker containers & AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions & Azure DevOps - Set up system monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana - Configure centralized logging with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) - Implement robust security controls: WAF, DDoS protection, GDPR compliance - Manage identity and access integrations (OAuth 2.0, SSO) What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related IT infrastructure roles - Proficiency with Microsoft Azure Cloud services - Strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and shell scripting - Experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps - Solid understanding of network security, SSL, and reverse proxy configurations - Familiarity with system observability tools and best practices 🎓 Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or similar Certifications (Preferred): - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) DevOps Foundation Certification 🌟 Bonus Points for Experience With: Educational platforms such as MATLAB Grader, Credly, or Mux Supporting high-traffic platforms (10,000+ users) Asynchronous vs synchronous learning model understanding 💡 This is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking team building digital tools that power the future of learning.
