Familiarity with HRIS systems is essential. As our HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions and help foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding ✔ Support and execute performance appraisal processes and maintain employee KPIs ✔ Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention ✔ Maintain and update employee records through our HRIS system ✔ Ensure timely preparation of HR letters, contracts, and documentation ✔ Assist in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures ✔ Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational needs ✔ Contribute to HR policy updates and process improvements ✔ Generate reports and HR analytics to support strategic decision-making ✔ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards Requirements: 🔹 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role 🔹 Solid experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement 🔹 Prior exposure to HRIS platforms 🔹 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills 🔹 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 🔹 A team player with a proactive and positive attitude 🔹 Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-moving retail environment.
