H One is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key clients, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts as the primary point of contact. Build strong client relationships and deliver impactful presentations. Coordinate with internal teams across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Sector Leads to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay informed on our full range of products, services, and solutions. Oversee project timelines, product delivery, and business development efforts. Support strategic account planning, sector performance, and reporting. What We’re Looking For: A bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in CIM / SLIM. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar client-facing role. A proactive, target-driven team player who’s passionate about customer success.
