N-able is looking for experts in Business Development to join its growing team! ◾ Position: Senior Consultant – Business Development (BFSI) ◾ Location: Colombo – Onsite 🔹 Job Responsibilities 1. Drive business development initiatives and manage a key portfolio within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. 2. Generate new opportunities for N-Able’s technology solutions while strengthening existing client relationships. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with BFSI clients, including C-suite executives and Business Heads. 4. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are effectively addressed. 5. Maintain deep knowledge of the BFSI sector to identify emerging needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with client expectations and business goals. 6. Expand the BFSI account portfolio by managing key accounts and establishing new client relationships. 🔹 Job Requirements 1. 5–8 years of experience in a similar business development role within the BFSI sector is mandatory. 2. A bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration is mandatory. 3. A master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) would be an added advantage. 4. Full or partial qualifications in IT or Information Systems (IS) would be beneficial. 5. An existing account portfolio in the BFSI sector would be an added advantage. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a broad range of technical and business leaders. 7. Ability to convey compelling technology narratives to non-technical audiences. 8. Proven capability to drive both internal and external stakeholders with urgency through the sales cycle, with a strong focus on closing opportunities. 9. Experience with key banking applications, IT solution vendors, and relevant technologies. 10. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client engagement skills across all deal stages.
