We are on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Executive / Executive – Operations. 🔍 Job Description • Lead the operational team to achieve client KPIs and exceed expectations. • Embody ADV values, upholding the highest business ethics and leading by example. • Oversee the full scope of warehouse and operational functions. • Represent operations at planning meetings, internal cluster reviews, customer reviews, and discussions with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers. • Ensure all service deliverables align with customer requirements. • Address and resolve all internal and external customer complaints effectively and promptly. • Coordinate with all relevant parties to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Measurement, Analysis & Knowledge Management • Generate and share accurate, timely operational reports with clients as per agreed timelines. • Continuously analyze operational performance and drive improvements.
