AFP is on a mission to nurture the next generation of empathetic and visionary leaders—young individuals dedicated to building a more inclusive and equitable society. We are looking for passionate changemakers who believe in the power of kindness and innovation to uplift marginalized communities. Through a combination of virtual and in-person training sessions, interactive activities, thought-provoking discussions, and field visits, AFP provides fellows with the tools, skills, and experiences needed to drive positive change. By the end of the fellowship, participants will be equipped to lead initiatives that make a real impact in their communities.
